Aristidis graduated from the National Technical University of Athens in 1960. He also holds a Master’s degree from the University of London and joined TPA as a partner in 2005.
Aristidis has extensive experience in the planning of tourist developments, regeneration projects and spatial planning. He worked as the Olympic Villages Manager and Executive Advisor for the Athens Olympics Organising Committee from 2001-2004. Aristidis served as the Technical Director in the Public Company for the ‘Unification of the Archaeological Sites of Athens SA’ (1998-2001), working towards developing the major archaeological sites of the city into an integrated network of parks and public spaces. He has also served as the Director of Design and Research at DEPOS, the Public Corporation for Housing and Urban Development in Athens. Aristidis’ particular areas of expertise include the fields of urban planning, housing development and the preservation of historic sites.
