Special purpose buildings - conference centres, exhibition centres, museums etc.

These are buildings whose function is closely linked to the gathering of large numbers of people. TPA sees these buildings as sharing common characteristics: the need to create functional and comfortable spaces for the projected number of visitors which can be altered according to a specific purpose, while at the same time being accessible and having open areas and car parks. While the commercial character of these buildings can be significant, the design work of TPA aims to appropriately highlight the buildings themselves and to create a pleasant and conducive environment to spend time in.

    Lindos Blu – Rhodes, Greece
A contemporary luxury hotel with ongoing distinctions, minimal modern architectural design, among the best Mediterranean hotels according to British newspaper “Telegraph”!

In a unique environment of natural beauty and archaeological references, "hooked" in a strongly sloping plot that offers magnificent views towards the Gulf of Vlicha, unfolds Lindos Blu, a contemporary luxury hotel. Almost invisible due to the successful adaptation to the terrain by placing the volumes into different levels, despite the size of 9.000sqm with 70 luxury rooms and 4 detached villas.

Beach Bar – Restaurant in Schinias
Great News! The recognition and award of Pavlos Aravantinos, a young TPA colleague, for “Best First Building by a Young Architect of the Years 2011-2015” by DOMES International Review was, for all of us, a great pleasure. The gentle, sustainable intervention in the particular landscape of Schinias, Attica, is highlighting the sensitivity, eco-friendliness, modesty and finally the maturity of the architectural design.
