Following the fire which destroyed a large part of the “Kotopouli Theater” at the REX, the Ministry of Culture commissioned the design and construction of the complex's restoration. More specifically, a complete design for the restoration of the theatre and the foyers at the three levels was drawn up, together with a complete design for alterations to and restoration of the basement hall (SINEAK), which was turned into a conference room.
TPA provided complete architectural design services. The construction of project finished in 1992.
