CLIENT: NIKOS ZOULAMOPOULOS
The project concerns the development of three adjacent plots of land in the settlement of Gialiskari, in the bay of Agios Nikolaos (Vourkari) on the island of Kea.
In an area of resort houses within a settlement that is today aesthetically downgraded by disorderly construction, the building intervention designed may constitute a significant contribution to the shaping of an alternative development proposal of the area.
TPA was responsible for the architectural study and the interior design, and had the general supervision of the project during the construction phase.
Construction began in 1998 and was completed in early 2000.
