On a peninsula of 20 ha in the southern part of Mykonos, a complete resort village of 180 houses, with a projected population of 1 000 was created. It includes recreation and lodging facilities, a shopping centre, swimming pools, beaches, etc.
The study includes a master plan, a study of the surrounding area, complete architectural, structural, electric and mechanical infrastructure studies and interior design.
The standards for this pioneering project were specified with the co-operation of the French Tourist Group Pierre et Vacances SA.
The construction cost for the project was about 1.500.000 Euros in 1986.
